International Development of Technology B.V. has developed Skypointer (“the App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information includes your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
Without explicitly asking your permission, we don’t share your personally identifiable information with any third party except with our hosting provider for email and data management. Our agreement with our hosting provider is also in accordance with the EU GDPR.
Log Data
As part of the progress tracking, we collect information that the App sends to identify your progress through the App pages. This Log Data includes the pages of our App that you visit. In addition, we collect the results of the final exam.
NOTE: It may be possible that your airline’s privacy policy does not allow any data logging from your device. In that case, data logging features in the UPRT app may be disabled or anonymized by your airline’s admin. Please check with your admin for more information about your airline’s privacy policy.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you when you have contacted us or are seeking technical support.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
